After beginning his career working with companies such as Expeditors International and Microsoft, Gurpreet (Sunny) Singh started narrowing in on a goal: To make healthcare delivery better for patients, caregivers and professionals. In 1996, he founded the company Edifecs and built it into a market leader in the global healthcare technology space. Today, Edifecs is a profitable, debt-free multinational company and industry leader providing integrated solutions for data exchange, analysis and insights. The company has more than 350 healthcare customers, serving more than 215 million people.
Through that experience, Sunny became intimately familiar with the healthcare system and realized it wasn’t really about healthcare at all — it was about sick care. And thus came his next goal: To transform the prevailing reaction-based approach in the healthcare world to one that’s proactive, focused on prevention in addition to treatment.
From that vision, RoundGlass was born in 2014 with the ambitious mission to improve the lives of billions through innovative initiatives. Sunny’s ultimate ambition is to inspire people to embrace wholistic wellbeing, creating a happier, healthier and more joyful world for all.
